At Meem By Faisal, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. We take great care in processing and dispatching every order, and we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process before you make a purchase. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it right away. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Timeframe

We deliver across Pakistan. After your order has been dispatched, delivery is expected within 3 to 5 working days depending on your location. Deliveries to major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are generally faster, while deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. Please keep in mind that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 is charged on all orders across Pakistan. This charge is applied at checkout and is non-refundable. We are working towards offering free shipping promotions in the future, so keep an eye on our website and social media for any upcoming offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or dispatch confirmation via email or WhatsApp. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery through the courier's website or by contacting us directly. If you have not received any tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us and we will look into it for you.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a notification for you to arrange a pickup. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number you provide are accurate and complete. Meem By Faisal is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your order is packed securely before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or if your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and find the best possible resolution for you. Claims made after this window may not be entertained.
